How to Install the Pulse License

The following procedure will demonstrate how to install the pulse license within your installation.

• If your trial license has expired, you will experience the following message in the Pulse Portal. To request a new license, just create a new issue here.

• After receiving the license, put the License.xml file under:

  • Pulse v6.x: <Pulse Installation Path>conf

  • Pulse v5.x: <Pulse Installation Path>server

Note that a temporal license file is provided during the installation of the product, replace it with the one provided by Cubewise.

• Finally restart the Pulse Application service

• Refresh the browser (clear the cache with SHIFT+F5)

As a result of this procedure, the License expired message should disappear, the pulse menu items should come through and according to the user’s security profile, navigate through the different pulse options should be possible.
