Monitor TM1 data folder on a network drive

Pulse v5.7.x and previous versions only track TM1 instances which are on the same machine where Pulse is installed.

In the context of TM1 data folder on a network folder, Pulse will still be able to access it only under the following conditions:

    1. The Drive should be mounted before the Pulse services start.
    2. The OS services must be configured not to start the Pulse services if the Disk has not been mounted (this is an OS responsibility)
    3. The trick comes, with the account security, the account should have access to perform admin tasks over the Pulse installation Folders, but also have enough privileges to start and stop Window Services, get stats from the OS (Memory, CPU, process names and id’s)
    4. And the same account should have enough privileges to work with TM1.
