Clear Arc cache
By default your web browser will keep the cache. If you add a new Arc plugin, it might not appear in your browser. To see this new plugin, you will need to clear the cache.
If you are accessing Arc via a web browser, to clear your web browser cache, you just need to press SHIFT+F5.
Hit CTRL+SHIFT+DEL to access your web browser cache settings:

If you are accessing Arc via Arc Desktop, you will need to follow these steps to clear Arc Desktop cache:

Close Arc Desktop

Go to the C:UsersUserNameAppDataRoamingArcForTM1 (Enter %AppData% in a windows explorer to open the AppData folder.

Delete the cache folder

Start Arc Desktop (you should now be able to see the new plugin)
