Arc and Slice v4.4 is now available

Connecting to IBM Planning Analytics cloud on MCSP (TM1 v12)

Arc and Slice can now connect to TM1 instances running on IBM Cloud MCSP. To connect to a TM1 instance running on MCSP, you just need to generate your API key and use the URL provided by IBM.

Test coverage in IBM Planning Analytics

Farewell, Test Centre! 🌟 Say hello to Test Hub! The rebranding is complete, and we’re excited for this fresh chapter. From now on, it’s all about Test Hub! 🚀🔍 The Test Hub includes a new feature to check how much of your TM1 code is covered by tests. This is called “Test Coverage”. Test Coverage is a measure used to describe the degree to which the source code of a program is executed when a particular test suite runs. This feature is only available in Arc+.

Execute Pulse migration from Arc

A new button has been added to the Process Editor to migrate a process from Pulse to Arc. Clicking the button will open the Pulse migration wizard and preselect the process. This feature is only available in Arc+.

MDX Editor improvements to MDX Lab and Subset Editor

The MDX Editor has been significantly improved with support for drag & drop, formatting, auto-complete & integration with Subset Editor. This new MDX Editor improvements are available in the MDX Lab and the Subset Editor.

Install Bedrock processes live from Arc

A new feature has been added to install and upgrade Bedrock processes. This feature is very useful when you want to install or upgrade Bedrock processes in an IBM Cloud environment or in v12 where you don’t have access to the TM1 data folder.
